Yes, and yes. The domain is in your name and the site is yours. Cancel any time, no lock-in. If you leave, we hand over the domain, the files and the logins.

Two towns
Home base, and the first town.
We work out of Austin, Texas for now. That's home base.
Rochester, New York is the first town we're working in. Myles grew up there, graduated from McQuaid Jesuit, and is now a sophomore at UATX in Austin. He knows the roads, the plazas, and the kind of shops people actually go to. Rochester is the Flower City, on the Genesee River and Lake Ontario, and it has plenty of small businesses we think we can help.
We'll get it right there first. If it works, other towns come next. Austin's on that list too.

We go through your site the way a customer on a phone would, tell you what's hurting you, and build a mockup of a replacement from your own public material. Free. We don't touch your current site.

We aren't posting prices yet. After we've seen what your business needs, you get a plain number in writing before you commit to anything.
Is this all AI?
We use AI tools to work faster. A person checks the work, and a person answers when you write or call us.
